My daughter has struggled to be a part of social groups with other kids due to her language barrier and low count of words than other kids. So she has struggled with staying at a day care Center. This place has been great for us. It's clean, the teachers are friendly and clearly care about the kids and I really like how the app keeps you in the loop during the day. You get little updates about meals, naps, activities, and even random photos, which is honestly one of the best parts.
My granddaughter started here about a month ago and was only there for a week before I had my daughter pull her out. It was the absolute worst experience!! My granddaughter (2 yrs) is normally a sweet and happy girl, from the very beginning she was coming home very mean and unhappy. We had bought different diapers for daycare than what we use at home. 3 out of the 5 days they documented that they changed her diaper during her 5/6 hrs there meanwhile they never did. We went to kindcare from when my daughter was about 15 weeks to 7.5 months. We left January of 2024. I did not feel welcomed by all teachers though some were wonderful. There were safety concerns while we were there. It got to the point I didn't want to leave my daughter there anymore as I didn't feel they were making efforts to help her sleep, their communication was poor and I did not trust that it was a safe environment for my baby. We switched daycares and are much better off now.
