I love Dr Trout! She is kind, caring and a very professional dentist. The staff is amazing too. You will like the lovely office decor.
My kids really like Dr.Trout here at Lottle Fish dental. She is really patient & gentle with my small kids & all of her staff are really sweet & kind taking time to explain everything.
We very much enjoy everything about this office, from the warm reception you get from the front desk staff up until the point when you are leaving your check up.
Oh boy...this is a hard one...had a great experience there for years. She is super gentle, excellent with kids great at explaining her approach BUT ...when it came to ortho work I felt that Dr. Trout should have referred my daughter rather than treating her there. We ended up leaving because we felt like we got some bad advice about the need for extreme oral surgery vs. just braces. This affected my level of trust for Dr. Trout and I just can't return.
I've been taking my kids to Dr Trout for several years now and we've had such a wonderful experience. Great work with kids and everything they do is geared towards making the kids feel comfortable. My kids love going to the dentist and I'm grateful for the pleasant experience
My daughter loves Dr. Trout!! We were going across the street and I felt like I was constantly coming out of pocket for ridiculous fees which we weren't used to with our good insurance. Since switching we haven't had any surprise charges, hmmmm just how it should work a dental office we enjoy and can trust. Everything is new, clean and state of the art. Kids are entertained with a movie in the ceiling and beautiful murals on the wall as a nice distraction. Staff is always on time and super fast and efficient. Keep up the goo... read more
Love Dr. Trout and her staff! Such a fun office with video games in the waiting area and movies playing on the ceiling while the kids have teeth cleaned. My kids are never afraid of going to the dentist. They love it!
Office staff is amazing, dental assistants are amazing, Dr. Trout seems a little uncomfortable with kids.
Dr Trout and her staff are professional and skilled in working with my kids. We've been there for a few years now and all along the way I've felt like decisions have been made with me and in the best interest of my children, who are comfortable there.
