My girlfriend and I traveled an hour and a half to purchased a Kia from John Sullivan's Roseville kia. A week later we get a call from the finance guy(Jeff) saying they were unable to secure financing. Which we had no Idea what he was talking about. We had the car for a week and put over 400 miles signed the papers we thought it was ours. Great place to purchase a vehicle at. My husband and I purchased ours this last summer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy or in your face.
The service department is wonderful. Nick is very easy to work with. Keeps you informed and on time.
Service department I took in my Rio for a diagnostic. I had parked my car and when I went to start it back up it turned over but wouldn't start. After checking a number of common problems it could be we towed my car to Roseville Kia. I called in to see what was going on with my car after not hearing anything from them. I spoke with Conner who was very pleasant and polite.
