Love this place! Very impressed with both the knowledge and experience but also the feel of integrity and welcome. Can't wait to get daddy on his new bike and get our family back out enjoying this beautiful area. Can't wait to see the folks at Roseville Cyclery again soon!
Ed is a great bike expert! There is no question in the Cyclery world that it would not be able to answer! He is more efficient than the owner! And the owner is pretty good also! But I must emphasize that it is great customer service, and Ed's got a funny looking mustache!

I've bought several bikes fro Olver, two of them from before he opened this store. The service he and his team provides is top notch!!!
I am customer service driven. I don't shop where robots work. I will pay a bit more for a local business that has a good culture. Today, I took a chance on these guys. Instead of belittling my older bike, or my overall goal, they jumped at the chance to help me. They took the extra few minutes to help me in finding the solution for my need (a specific handlebar for my old 1999 bike). After looking online at reviews and yelp, i headed to R.C. I am so glad I did. Oliver was awesome, answered all my questions and helped me find the right bike. They have a repeat customer in me. Could not be happier!
