Customer service is excellent!! Had some repairs done on an old bike and from start to finish they went above and beyond. Definately recommend this shop for any of your bike needs.
What a great bike shop! RC is a place my wife and I always look forward to visiting. We've purchased 4 bikes from RC in just over a year, and shop there exclusively because of the great service we continue to receive. Whether it be tune ups, accessories or just general advice on pretty much anything cycling related, we are always well taken care of. Special mention to Oliver and Andy for always going the extra mile to accommodate us. Much appreciated!

Took my Specialized Roubaix in for some long overdue work, and rode it today with a group of friends. The bike was smooth and had a very quiet ride, spot on shifting and braking. I'm a happy customer! Will go back to the shop for future needs.
Stopped in looking to upgrade to an endurance bike. I new I wanted a Specialized Roubaix Expert, as well as a local bike store that I could feel comfortable with and return for all my cycling needs. Oliver and the team took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable and not rushed into buying like other stores. After the test ride, they got me fitted to the bike, helped pick out some accessories and even helped with a truck bed transport device. I highly recommend making RC your go to bike store.
