I paid $220 for a detail on my truck and was disappointed with the results. When I picked it up, there were still visible dirty spots on the seats and areas inside the truck that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. For the price charged, I expected much better attention to detail. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. I paid for a Doheny Deluxe car wash, when my car was ready I got into to find a big paint chip on my dashboard of my very expensive SUV! When I called the manager over to show him, he gave me the worst excuses and lines ever!! 1 Did you see my guys do that? Shittiest car wash ever $40 and a five bucks tip didn’t vacuum the back of the wagon didn’t even vacuum the backseat . Are the floorboards nothing vacuumed floor mats in the front horrible didn’t wipe the panels of the doors didn’t do shit.!!. Nothing was wiped down inside horrible never go back never go there.
