Amazing place—would recommend to any family. The staff is caring, eager to learn, and truly goes above and beyond. I was especially impressed by how they learned to communicate with a deaf resident. The activities are inclusive and engaging, and every visit felt like a second home. Great people and leadership—Jessica, Ashley, and Vanessa run a fantastic team.

The team here at the Wildwood location are amazing. They work together as a team to take care of your loved ones. They train all year round and the learning is always endless. They have a beautiful patio to sit on in the summertime. And it's located in a quiet neighborhood. The administrator Jessica and her assistant Vanessa go above and beyond in throwing themed party's and activities for the residents.

There are a few good staff members at Wildwood 1 & 2, but unfortunately, most of them do nothing but sit around ignoring residents’ needs. I personally witnessed aides vaping and smoking in the laundry rooms just because there are no cameras in those areas. Many residents are left sitting in soiled clothes and Depends for hours, which is completely unacceptable for a senior care facility. On top of that, the management is just as unprofessional. Worked here and was forced out by the other employees becaause I expected better care of the residents. People that work there take full avantage of staff who do take care of the residents there. Admistrator takes no action when staff are neglecting the residents and even steal the facilities food. Dont leave your loved one here even if you hate them. I worked there over a year ago and things are still bad. Sorry I went to work there. STILL!
