My wife and I arrived at the dealership about a half hour from closing on a Saturday afternoon. The salesman, Bob, got the vehicle that we were interested in ready for a test drive within a couple of minutes. We took it for a test drive and after we got back to the dealership, he sat in the car and answered all our questions.
