Slum lord This company is one of the worst companies you could ever rent from! We rented with this company and from the first day we moved in the faucet broke and the landlord blamed us. the same issue continued through out the lease and they still didn't fix it. Along with the roof caving in and not wanting to fix it. If there is a problem with the AC or cooler, they will want you to fix it and you will not be reimbursed for the cost.
