Our family lives in GALVESTON. ... we travel from sw Florida to purchase our fish. Empty k oolers ( 4 of them ) go to tx ... full koolers return home with us. Solidly & safely packed in ice, we drain and repack all along the way home. Once we arrive home 2 days later.. Fish is still frozen solid & is immediately repackaged in to our deep freezer. We have never ever had a problem with the customer service, the quality of our purchases, and will return over & over to ROSA'S.

Disappointed!! 3/4 of crawfish I paid 135 dollars for was dead or crushed and they only tried to give me a 30$ credit sorry but that doesn't cover 100$ worth of crawfish!! DON'T BUY CRAWFISH from here very very disappointed!!!

To clarify, when you contacted our store you had told us that you had purged the crawfish TWICE. We do not recommend purging the crawfish, especially during the beginning of the season because the crawfish are still soft shelled and will die or not hold up when you purge it or even purging the crawfish. A recommended spray down is all you really need. My parents and grandparents would buy shrimp from Rose"s Seafood. And I will often buy 2-3 lbs of XL gulf shrimp and always been very happy! I am going down to Ellington this Saturday and hope to stop by!
