I booked my appointment a week in advance. I went in they said they don’t have me on their schedule and they can’t take me in because they’re fully booked. I told them it’s their fault they messed it up they have to make it up to me the lady said no I have to come back some other time. so upsetting and unprofessional
Never going back. Got nail fill and waxing.... nails where horrible and not done properly. Waxing left burns in my upper thighs...
Cham my nail technician was very gentle and very professional. She gave me beautiful French tip with gel overlay.
