This place is not even worth one star, They are so rude and arrogant, do not listen to what they want, always in a rush, picking up calls while in the middle of working, talking with each other in another language about their clients, I google translated it and they were talking bad about the customers this is very unprofessional behaviour. They don’t handle your nails with care, they do what ever they wanna do. So so so unprofessional, This is actually the worst shop to get your nails done period point blank.
the work they do is okay a little pricey, but my biggest issue is I make an appointment every time and they NEVER follow it. I am consistently forced to wait while they take in every single walk in…. no one even says anything they just ignore and walk by you the whole time. Would go anywhere else.

Been going here for years - it’s not amazing quality but you get what you pay for. They often skip parts of a manicure that should be included in the price ( for example cuticle clipping and a general hand massage with lotion) they charge extra $10 for that. Some of the techs in there are wonderful and do a great job and tell you if they can’t meet your desires. However there are some techs who shouldn’t be in there at all. I have awful rings of fire.
