I have been going here for many many years off and on and today was the best experience I have ever had. Despite it being busy I felt like I was the only one my tech was focused on. She was so awesome. I had a spa pedicure and wax and left feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you Van. I will be booking you in all future visits. 🥰

First time going here and NEVER again will I return. Ended up having to take my nails off a week after getting them done because my left thumb nail ended up infected..

I had the day off and decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure at Rose’s. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was a completely different story. Instead of being seated at a proper table, I had to stay in the pedicure chair with dim lighting, awkwardly holding my hands in the air. The technician even brought out a random couch pillow for me to rest my hands on. There was no hand soak, and she cut my cuticles so aggressively that one started bleeding badly.
