My nails are horrible and I leave for out of town tonight ! I am pisssssed
Took my siblings here to get nail and toes done at 2:30 , it is now 4:06 and no one has started on us yet . But multiple people have came in and they instantly gotten sat , they say because they have an appointment (which they do not) . Still says that it will be another 45 minutes til they get in the chair UNPROFESSIONAL no COMMUNICATION do not go here .
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & TRY TO GET OVER! DONT REPLY BACK TO MY COMMENT (the owner) IF YALL CANT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. IDGAF WHAT WAS PAID OR DONE THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE & NOT FULL BUT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FULL PRICE. I DONT WANNA HEAR THAT!
