Very slow service. Waiting too many days for answer. The place seems not well organised in terms of running. Expensive watch repairs, etc…

Kicked me out, RUDELY, almost came across the counter at me for telling him I did not want to give money or support to a business owned by Scientology. He told me he wasn’t and then ANGRILY snapped at me to get out when I told him I’m friends with survivors.
Rose personally fixed my watch band on the spot while I waited. Very friendly staff and reasonable price for their services.
I have a really old ring. I took it to them to have it cleaned, AMAZING it honestly looks like a new ring. This is the 3rd place that's cleaned it, really amazing the difference is remarkable. I highly recommend Rose's jewelry
