Very friendly and helpful.
Dropped my grandma's ring off to be resized and when I got it back it looks completely different. I didn't ask for it to be cleaned and even if that's what happened to it, the gem isn't the same color at all. Am extremely upset as this ring means so much to me and now don't have a way to get the original ring back.
This is a place where you can trust to get your expensive jewelry repaired. I have most 18k gold and I only trust in this place.
