After a really bad experience elsewhere, my husband and I made an appointment with Rose's in Kingston. We were blown away by the experience. John spent lots of time with us, explaining my husband's hearing loss issues, and scheduled an appointment in the very near future for us to pick up new hearing aids. He was patient and thorough about explaining the devices; when we had an issue later on, he was happy to help us. John is so knowledgable and he one of the friendliest people I have ever met!
