Upon receiving a recommendation to visit Rose’s Hearing Aids followed the referral, speaking to Bradd on the phone, going in for a consultation two days later and getting my devices three days later. Bradd was exceedingly helpful, professional, and cordial- extending the service beyond just marketing a consumer product to making me feel comfortable and important as a potential client. After a really bad experience elsewhere, my husband and I made an appointment with Rose's in Kingston. We were blown away by the experience. John spent lots of time with us, explaining my husband's hearing loss issues, and scheduled an appointment in the very near future for us to pick up new hearing aids. He was patient and thorough about explaining the devices; when we had an issue later on, he was happy to help us. John is so knowledgable and he one of the friendliest people I have ever met!
