8am pick up. What a terrible experience. I just picked up flowers for daughters graduation. I had ordered a mixed bouquet of fresh flowers, but ended up with a bouquet containing flowers that were very old and with petals missing. The owner (very rude and impatient) refused to re-do them, stating she was "too busy" (although no one else was in the shop) and then accused me of spending too much time in the shop yesterday ordering the flowers, and losing her business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely beautiful experience! The ladies were so helpful and made the flowers exactly the way I wanted. The price was honestly too good to be true, especially for such beautiful flowers and great service. The owner is such a wonderful and lovely lady—so friendly, helpful, and caring. I’m very happy with my flowers and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this flower shop! 💐❤

We visited this florist today because we needed to quickly buy some beautiful flowers for friends nearby. Unfortunately, many of the flowers did not appear to be in good condition. What made the experience worse was the owner’s impatient and rude attitude. He repeatedly pressured us to choose quickly and pay, he even said that he prefers customers who pay immediately without asking questions. Google rating of this store now makes sense. What a terrible experience! The arrangement I received was nothing like the advertised bouquet, was incredibly disappointed. No variety and texture, no filler flowers and a different ugly vase with no ribbon. Reached out to discuss the bouquet and never heard back. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely not a small business worth supporting.
