So happy with my experience here! I had a difficult bridesmaid dress that was two sizes too large. It was a very difficult fabric, and Rose did and amazing job on it! I could not have been happier, and it was a fair price as well. Not to mention Rose was very nice, and it was a nice atmosphere in the store. Look no further!

Accurate and professional, I have to throw down yet another 5-star review for Rose. I've been going across town and getting fine results, but noticed Rose's closer to home. I've had her add pockets to a dressy winter coat, remove a size and a half from a pair of high-quality silk-lined wool pants, and had basic hemming done. Rose knows what she is doing! With just one glance at how my dress fit, she knew exactly how much fabric to take from the hem line and add to my bust. She didn't even measure or anything and it fit perfectly!

I heard recommendations to go to Rose' s for some time, but finally did it. I had a pair of trousers that needed alterations in the waist and seat. They were not wearable before and they fit great now. The cuff was 1.75 inches and was great, but I think I should have been a bit more assertive to try on the the pants with my boots, because the break was too much when I got home to try them on with the boots. I will never ever have my clothes altered anywhere else. I had the misfortune of having my designer bridesmaids dress come in a month late, which only left me 3 weeks to have the dress altered before I had to take it with me for a wedding. I looked at reviews online and called Rose. She is AMAZING. The dress wasn't made right (they put a size 8 top on a size 14 bottom) and I was seriously concerned that the dress wouldn't be able to be fixed. Rose is full of energy, and honesty is her style. She won't banter you with useless talk, she knows her clothes well and she alters it to fit your body type. She knows what your body's strong points are and what to hide! Whenever I get suits, she's the one I go to! Rose makes me and her other customers feel special. She's funny and quick. And she does good work and doesn't charge too much. She's made my coats fit, put cuffs on my new slacks and altered some of my wife's suits. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Personally I only shop at nordstrom, barry's new york and mario's in seattle but after buying my designer clothes I've always went to rose's custom tailoring for all my tailoring needs, she's precise and was a former manager at Nordstrom in both Anchorage and Portland!
