My husband made arrangements way in advance for V day and they flowers were delivered very late, after I left work. You would think since it was so late, they would have called the number on the tag to let us know they were going to be late. I had left work. Didn't get back to work till two days later, the flowers were wilted and turning brown. We spent $147 for bad service and poor quality flowers. Next time we'll go somewhere else!
Poor service and the flowers were not what I ordered. I will not use this florist ever again!
