I had ordered flowers for my daughter who was starting a new job in Klamath Falls and they were to be delivered on her first day, however a major snowstorm hit the area and pretty much brought it to a standstill. The store called me and said they would not be able to deliver as promised but would try over the next few days. Very impressed and happy about my same day delivery purchase. Amazing customer service with great recommendations. The floral design was gorgeous with an abundance of fresh flowers (a lot of variety) and the perfect amount of accents. Even the vase was beautiful! The additional suggested gift was awesome too. The recipient was very happy. Roses are Red is definitely my go to place for quality arrangements and customer service. Thank you!

I highly recommend Roses are Red in Klamath Falls for any floral needs! I live in Massachusetts and struggle every time I try to order flowers online (FTD, 1-800 flowers, etc) for my mother in Oregon. I decided to call a local florist to place my order.They were very helpful on the phone, took my description and created a beautiful boquet and delivered it same day! What great service! And, my mother loved the arrangement. Thank you Roses are Red and know that I will use you in the future. Thank you!
