This place is mice infested. Roach motel basically, they check in but not out. This place is ridiculous and the fact that it is so hot and for the past 4 days no one has come to fix the ac unit. I guarantee who ever runs it would not be just okay with sitting in this situation and heat, especially with breathing problems, heart patient, need I go on. This place needs to be investigated because these elderly people do not deserve to live in just disgusting environment.
They do not fix things very quickly. Rats in the walls, other tenants told me they have rats running around. There wete tenants here with leaks that had not been repaired, anywhere from months to years. A/c units full of mold. Glad to have moved 6 months ago. Still check on the poor seniors living here.
