Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service. My initial call wasn’t returned for over a week for a bid request. I wanted to support local and while they had a 2 week wait time for an inspection even, I was willing to wait and heard good things about them. Had the inspection end of June and received the proposal 2 days later. I’ve called twice and emailed twice with no success at connecting to discuss questions and possibly sign a contract.
