Dr Rosenthal did not listen to me. On 1st visit, I told him I had a sensitivity to petroleum products and asked for a prescription hydrocortisone in a cream, he said it wouldn't matter. On 2nd visit, he had given me a prescription for pimecrolimus cream may work for some people, but not me. I had tested it out on a eczema skin patch on my hand. I can see why Dr. Rosenthal came so highly recommended. At my recent first visit, I was impressed with his professionalism and his personality.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I visited Dr. Rosenthal to have skin tags (moles) removed from my face. He removed 15 (all) skin tags from my face. He was very professional and made me very comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
A very interesting experience with the Doctor and his staff...I was surprised that they all had a sense of humor and enjoyed a good laugh. I went in because several Ladies at the complex pool at the Devon Condominiums at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave. Wilm. De. , Were talking about my toe fungus. Doctor Rosenthal is very thorough. Since having Melanoma diagnosed and removed before coming to the area, he has been very diligent with exams and the ocassional biopsy's.
Total quack! He may be competent at diagnosing skin conditions but he doesn't listen. He pushed prescriptions on me I didn't want and then insisted they're placed through a mail-order pharmacy in Virginia. He didn't listen when I told him I have to use a different mail order pharmacy for my insurance to work. I told him I was happy with my acne regiment and didn't want to change it but he didn't listen. I had an appt at 8:45AM, arrived at 8:31AM and wasn't seen until 9:12AM. Waste of my time.
Met with Dr. Rosenthal. After playing tag with multiple doctors for my condition. Upon first visit, it was determined I needed to be placed on humira. Insurance denied request but Dr. Rosenthal pursued until approved. After a week noticeable improvement to my condition. Highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal for any dermatology needs.
Dr. Rosenthal & his staff are amazing. I have extensive sun damage and skin cancer. Everyone in his office has been very kind and provided me with exceptional care. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dermatologist.
He was really good treating my son. Kind and understanding. I have been impressed with his care and attention during my appointments.
