This office was wonderful. The people are very polite and know their stuff. I lived in IL for 3 years and never went to the DMV again after transferring my license. Several car transfers and I was never in the office for more than 15-20 mins per transaction. I cannont recommend them highly enough.

Definitely beats going to the DMV; however, clerk never did reveal how much their services were costing me even though I asked. He just gave me a total amount for title, etc. But after waiting at DMV, whatever it cost was worth it.
