For a dealer this big, there is little to no waiting area, which is in considerately outdoor and allows smoking. What would a non smoker do waiting for two hours in a cloud of smoke?
I bought my 2006 Civic here. It is 2011 and still no issues - woohoo! :-)
Try Bill Page Honda for service and/or Radley Acura. The prices are much better if you sign up online for coupons!

Don't be surprised when these rip-off artists try to sell you a new engine for your brand new car. Real hustlers, this lot.
Make sure u tell the service people what u want cause they will try and tell u that this, that and the other is wrong with the car and that don't be the case!
