I have a 07 Chrysler 300 (Which I did not purchase here) but called the service department for advice on an issue I had with my car, if you are familiar with the 05-10 300's and Chargers, they have a common issue with the car getting stuck in park because the a part that is part of the brake interlock system broke, more commonly known as the "pink thingy" issue, and it is a fairly common issue, especially as every single car made during those years will eventually run into this issue, and I had called asking about any sort o... read more

If you can order parts on line or go somewhere else, I'd suggest that. I've been to this dealership twice and both times left feeling that they had less than satisfactory customer service. I'll never spend one penny at this or any Rosenthal dealerships based on these experiences. Work on your customer service people Rosenthal.
