I wholeheartedly do not recommend bringing your car here. My first few services with Rosenthal resulted in paying almost $1,000 and multiple appointments for an issue that showed up again a few weeks later. Instead of bringing it to their attention, I decided I didn’t want to deal with them again and chose to go elsewhere in the future. No long in business
Recommend avoiding. Apparently they are closing. No one answers main number. Said they couldn't do a financing application without FIVE references. Sounded shady, so I declined. Now I have a credit inquiry.
Super bad service I left my 2007 hummer only for service from January 17 and I took it out for it on March 13 until I went for it. I went for it, they only told me that it had no brakes, if I had been driving it for other reasons, so I didn't even return it by mistake, they have a bad service, I don't recommend it even to buy a new one
