Unprofessional, unresponsive. A real estate transaction isn't going through because Rosenthal Brothers Insurance takes forever to respond to emails and add the needed coverage. ***************** was the account manager we dealt with. Poor service and poor customer experience. I will not recommend this insurance provider to anyone.
Rosenthal Brothers Insured a rental property for years with out any contact to me advising of coverage options as years went by. Now *** sold the property and need to cancel the insurance policy. They are unable to contact, tried by phone for two weeks leaving messages.
