Just called here asking how much for a pacific service no price or a round about figuring so i knew what i was dealing with the tech or service writter tried to tell me that all ngk plugs not sold by acura are fake and all part stores that carry them are counterfit which i work at autozone and we deliver stuff to honda dealers here and there and ngk is a major supplier for plugs and coil they have thousands of authorized dealers . Please be careful in getting any work done on your vehicle here. A family member of mine just learned that aftermarket parts - breaks were installed, and they did not disclose this to her. The price they charged her was ridiculous. I let her know this was considered unfair practice laws, and it should be reported to the AG office, there are specific forms you can fill out when it comes to unfair practices in auto repair because It does violate Maryland laws if they did not disclose this to her. Went to visit today, hoping to be able to get an RDX they had available. Mohib was the first face I saw and very willing to help. During the process of me looking over the car and numbers, I brought up that the car had scratches on both the exterior and interior. The car was previously leased and was a 2023, so of course there would be normal wear on the car. However the scratches I pointed out, may not have been easily removed with a wash/buff.
