Ruben, the used car salesman, was rude and disrespectful. We were courted by Acura Rosenthal to sell our car. We arrived while Ruben was on the phone. He greeted us with, “I’m Ruben, give me your keys.” He didn’t offer us a seat and left us standing in the lobby. He came back from inspecting the car and we stated we had an offer from Carmax. Recently went in to look at an Acura ADX and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend.
Nick from the Mazda dealership nextdoor was able to get me a great deal on a car I really love. Very easy and fast, great experience overall.
We loved Steve and got a very good car. However the manager was a jerk and the finance department was awful. When I called the finance department to ask for a simple document to be faxed to my DMV (I live in Virginia) I was yelled at. The man on the phone was rude and made me feel ashamed for being at the DMV when “he was supposed to get the paltes for me”. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Acura maintenance center. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. You Gentlemen’s see people pulling up and walking to the front desk to turn the keys in for any services we need on our vehicle, acknowledge that we are your customer. Don’t sit there and just look! Stand up and represent the company. Communication was very poor , it got to 5 mins to get spoken to in the center to be asked if I’ve been helped. Ridiculous
