I work on a large portfolio of commercial buildings, and Rosenquist is one of our most reliable and trusted vendors. This family business has roofers who have worked on our buildings for decades and through multiple owners. Chuck is friendly, consistent, and can usually get someone out same-day or the next morning.
Chuck and crew came out to repair leak on CRE. Leaked very next day. Asked Chuck to come out and repair leak. Chuck said it was maintenance, not a leak. I said what did you do when you were out here? He said maintenance. I said what did that include? He said roof leaks. I said it was not done. Can you come out? He said no we only do maintenance. Got to the point I said Chuck your word gymnastics are too much for me.
This is a good, honest, hard working company!
