I was very satisfied with the whole experience. The store was conveniently located The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful for the regarding jewelry price and fair exchange. lt was a quick and enjoyable experience. I was very satisfied and will be a repeat customer.
BUYER BEWARE: This company owes a vendor hundreds of dollars for products they received and never paid for. This company has refused to pay the vendor, or even address the matter at all. I would not do any business with this company, if you are interested in being paid for goods or services provided. If you choose to do business with them, my advice would be to obtain payment upfront, or you'll never see a dollar.
High-end jewelry repair, beautiful work, quick turnaround. They've fixed several broken pieces here, and I plan to return with some family rings for resizing. Kamal is an expert.
