I first reached out late 2025 for a beautiful pair of earrings. They always kept me up to date on processing and shipping times. Really disappointed with the online support via text message with Rosendorff. I asked repeatedly for information on 2 rings (one of which is not visible on their customer facing website) and was repeatedly ignored with regards to my question, and then instead just told what items they had in stock, which I wasn't interested in as it wasn't in the metal I wanted and I was happy to purchase online.
