I took my son there and gave them both his insurance cards he has medicaid secondary and they took both from me but never told be they don’t accept medicaid and now they call me and tell me if I don’t pay Im going to collections. This is completely unacceptable.
Went at 5:40 with a child screaming from an earache. Next thing the lights went out and blinds were drawn before we could even get out of the car. Had to drive her all the way to Kingston in pain. They are supposed to be open until 6. Didn’t even have the guts to come out and say they were closing early.

Just stopped with my sister to have my nephews hand looked at as it is very swollen.. The man working here who was outside smoking said they are closed.. We pulled in at 3:45. I said “it says you close at 4:00.” And he responded that they don’t take patients past 3:45.. Extremely rude and unprofessional.. I would NEVER turn away a 3 year old child who is crying in pain at 3:45.. As long at this man is working there I will never go..

They turned someone away today because he was hurt at work!!!! Unbelievable! He had to drive to a hospital bleeding all over the place after cutting off a piece of his thumb!!
I saw NP Robert Donaldson this Saturday. I can’t stress enough just how caring and attentive he was. I am a generally anxious person going to the doctors so I was nervous. He was professional and kind and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse was wonderful as well! She was really friendly and made it as smooth as possible. Both of them apologized profusely for the wait which was out their control as it is a walk in center. I did appreciate it though!Definitely a wonderful experience.
Great place! In and out in 30 minutes, clean, very knowledgable and nice nurses and doctors.
