Doug came out to fix my refrigerator. He was able to diagnose the problem and get me up and running in less than an hour. Quick, knowledgeable, efficient...highly recommend!
We have been using Doug Rosenberry for 10 years. He is always reliable, knows about any appliance you may need fixed, and always gives great advice, even if the advice is to replace the item. And, Doug's fee is more than fair. I love this company. He just left my house after coming two straight days to enable us to fix the issue with our washer without buying a new one.
Called and he came out the same day, within 15 mins my washer was working again, did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Rosenberrys !!! Again he did and excellent job!!!!!!! Deff will call him again!!!
Left the washer worse off than before he got here, would not return to fix his mess, watch out.
Doug has worked on 3 appliances for us. He has been fair in pricing, punctual, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We called him with a leaking dishwasher and he was here in 20 minutes. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.
