The receptionist I had over the phone was very rude. She asked if she could vaccinate my child I asked her what the vaccination was for she rudely explained that it was the Florida's recommendation and have my child ever had a vaccination. My child is 3 years old and has been to the pediatrician all the way up until now because of Medicaid reasons so I had to transfer her to another pediatrician. She is up to date on almost everything. Crap bed side manners. Verbally attacks parents.
Giving a 1 because cant give them anything else. My children where suppose to be seen last week and their first visit appointment was canceled same day because the Doctor had an emergency. Today I show up for their visit. It was at 2 pm and because I arrived 2:05 they denied seeing the children, saying they are sooooo busy and the waiting room was literally empty. Next time I will definitely listen to all the negative reviews.
Dr Rosenberg is great ! And so is her office staff . So glad my kids have her as a doctor. Always answers questions I have and gets me right in if I need to be seen 💙
