Dr Rosenberg is considered talented and gifted by his peers. Unfortunately he is no longer practicing medicine and is deceased.
My first office visit was in May, they messed up my insurance documents and would not fix it for months until finally I get a bill and notice that they are closing. I only paid so I wouldn't ever have to hear from them again. Terrible office and provider.
If there was a 'ZERO' rating, everyone I know who are patients of his, would give Dr. RATSenburg a big fat '0.' So glad his business (Sleep Disorder Center of Prescott Valley) is going bust...Too bad he is simply moving over to the the new AZ Sleep Center in Prescott... Perhaps this new office (also in Tucson) will discover just what a NON-professional medical provider, RATS, rather Rosenberg, is... Is there a NEGATIVE rating to give?
I regret to say that my experience with Dr. Rosenberg was extremely disappointing. From the outset, his lack of empathy was evident. He hardly made any effort to listen to my concerns or understand my medical history. My appointment felt rushed, as though he was just trying to get through it as quickly as possible.Dr. Rosenberg's bedside manner is abysmal. This office will hold your appointment hostage for payment of a bill even if you had no idea you had a balance owed, never received a bill from them, and even if you offer to pay half until you can see what you are being billed for and what your insurance carrier paid. They say pay up or no appointment even if your medical issues could be life threatening. I had an at-home sleep test with equipment from this office. After waiting two weeks for the results, I called the office. I was told the person who could find the results was on the phone and that she would call me later. That was on a Friday morning. As of the following Tuesday, I have not gotten the call.
Dr. Rosenberg took care of me through a brutal case of pneumonia. It several rounds of antibiotics and weeks to recover. He was there with positive support for the entire process. If you need a brilliant doctor to help you figure out what is wrong, he is your man. He is a matter of fact straight shooter. He will give you exactly what you need to hear, and his course of treatment is not meant to be the starting point for a negotiation on approach to care.
