After 3 years, my Jacuzzi tub is finally mounted correctly and working perfectly. Kudos to the crews at Rosenberg and a big shout out to Beto's crew for managing the reinstall! Their timely service allowed a possibly complex reinstall to go like clockwork. Rosenberg's team showed up. They carefully removed my existing tub, placing it gently in the master bedroom. Good customer service
Toll Brothers used them for our new build and some of what they did was downright sloppy. We had an issue with the master shower within the warranty period and had them come out to fix it. During the fix, I was wondering what they were knocking out and braking. A few months later (conveniently after the 1 year warranty period), we have same issue and I go to change out the shower head, only to find out that they cracked holes open behind the shower valve cover and shower head.
