I have been a patient with this practice for over 18 years, and it is very disappointing that I have decided to leave because of my experience with the person responsible for handling pre-authorization orders. Unfortunately, she has been consistently rude and unprofessional in her interactions. I previously made a complaint about this issue, but nothing appears to have changed.
