I did not want to go through with my daughter’s umbilical hernia surgery, doctors, hospital and surgery gives me the ick. When we arrived the staff was amazing with greeting and explaining the whole process to myself and my daughter. At first due to nerves I figured it was pointless and tedious. But as I watch the nurses explain things to my baby girl and handle her with such care it really lightened my mood and worry. It truly was like visiting family with gifts and popsicles. I visited the urologist, staff was very friendly Regina was my nurse, Karen was my provider And the receptionist was Clarissa I think, they were all very sweet and informative. The art and layout of the hospital was beautiful thank you.
Today we visited the urologist. Dr. Robert Bailey and his staff were very pleasant and kind. Very attentive to my son's needs. Wait time was minimal.
