Nice doctor but terrible admin support. Both my husband and I have vision insurance which covers annual eye exam. We found Rosenblum from Cigna Vision network website. When we first visited there, we provided vision insurance card to front desk and clearly told them we were just doing regular annual eye check up, and paid $10 each copay. After one month, we received a bill from Rosenblum with $135 each to pay.
