If you're a homeowner, then don't waste your time coming here. Even Home Depot is polite. My wife asked for help buying some pex pipe to replace pipe to a sink. His response? "We know nothing. Contractors give us a list and we just fill it." Then he proceeds to say there are many selections like pex for hot or cold water. Would we need that? What sink doesn't have hot and cold water? Totally rude. Ferguson's in Port Orchard was polite, asked a couple of questions and quickly had our items and we were on our way.
