Managed absolutely atrociously and very glad they denied my application as they appear to be just another money hungry medium service like any other “Property Manager” for a 6 tenant apartment. Absolutely madness how a simple process can string someone along for about 2 week. Ridiculously unprofessional and would not recommend to manage a dog house.

My mom owns this company! She works 24/7 to make sure everyone is happy. I've seen her cancel vacations, skip valentines day (2016), drive out to a property at 2am because someone's key broke off in their lock, and spend countless hours on the phone. She gives 110% and I couldn't be more proud.
