The administrative staff is extremely competent and responsive. Financial system is good, and staff is competent and responsive. Owner must have inherited company, he does not have a clue about property management, and continually hires Property Managers who have little or no knowledge of property management, maintenance, or construction techniques. Our third property manager in a year.... all incompetent, but the owner keeps hiring good looking women.......hhhhmmmmmm.
