Hands-down, Attorney Rosen is the best. Attorney Rosen took over one of the most complicated, violent, bias, custody case you can imagine in Cumberland County. He always had my case best interest at heart. Out of 5 different attorneys in 5yrs attorney Rosen come gold medal 🥇. 9 months on my case and bill me less than any of the other 4 different attorneys in Harrisburg.
