Ever since the remodel the new service team is absolutely terrible. They don’t call you back or update you on your vehicle. You have to call back multiple times or just show up just to hear about the status of your car. They keep your car longer than they say. Just terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting a month to hear back from them about maintenance for my car and left a voicemail over a week ago and have yet to hear back. It’s so sad because I’ve been coming here for years and now I have to find a new service compan... read more
