Es una porqueria este lugar no sirve te tratan mal y cuando haces appointment y llega el día te dicen q no tienes appointment y te tratan mal y te dicen que te van a tener que cambiar el appointment con muy mala forma deberían botar a la gorda que hace los appoinments
Called to book an appointment with an in network doctor almost 2 years, was given appointments with someone not in network. Still chasing claims with my insurance to get the bills sorted as they don't file them correctly. They never answer the telephone and if you leave a message, they barely call back. Treatment was ok but being misdiagnosed for one issue was not the best.
Horrible bedside manner, 6 months after visit still receiving bills despite the fact they were paid in full by insurance. Called the office several times trying to resolve issue and received horrible customer service and non stop run around, meanwhile still receiving bills.
Canceled my appointment I set a month in advanced without informing me, sent confirmation message the day before to which I responded I would be going
