Took my 8 year old for a cleaning. Once he went back, I went out to pay the parking meter and grabbed a coffee at a shop next door. I was back in under 15 minutes. In that time, the appointment was done and my kid was sitting in the BUILDING lobby unattended. Not in the dentist's lobby...the building lobby. First, how was his appointment complete in under 15 minutes? Did they actually clean his teeth and floss and X-ray, etc.? I was told my 6 year old had 6 cavities he needed filled. He had a check up a year later somewhere else and was told that was a lie. He is over charging to make more money.

Very rude staff!!! We liked the doctor in general but the nurse who was making appointments was very rude. The doctor scheduled my little 3-year-old daughter for a sedation with my husband. When my husband told me about the sedation, I wasn't happy about it, just because she really didn't have a serious issue with her tooth. When I called them to cancel the appointment for sedation, the lady on the phone became extremely rude!!! This is a wonderful pediatric dentist, so are the dental hygienists, and staff. There aren't many options where we live for a dentist.. Dr Rosen is very kind and does offer sedation which I think can be a life saver instead of having a scary experience for your child. It depends on the situation. They accept just about every insurance and my kids aren't afraid to go so that should speak for itself!

We had a wonderful experience and cannot recommend this office more! Dr. Rosen was so patient with my son and took time to answer all of my questions. The staff was also very friendly and our appointment was on-time. So thankful to have found this office!

Liked Dr. Rosen up until the moment he "suggested" sedation dentistry for my six year old without offering any other option. Took her for a second opinion and we were offered nitrous oxide. Much more accepted option by both my husband and I. Don't let a doctor talk you into an option you are uncomfortable with. Always seek a second opinion. When I canceled appointment, the staff was extremely rude and tried to make me feel like I "really put them out". Not professional at all!
