Amazing bed and breakfast. This B & B has a nice history to it. Very nice place to stay. Warm and cozy. Old style Victoria home. Very friendly hosts. We will be coming back to stay. Ms Kelly was up early with me and my insomnia. :-)

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast. It is a wonderland to explore and quiet. We walked to Magnolia Street and enjoyed a delicious meal at Lily's. Great to visit a fellow member of the Texas Bed & Breakfast Association. Kelly does a brilliant job as hostess.
Amazing Stay! Wonderful hospitality and accommodation. We had so much fun doing all the things they suggested and loved coming back to the Inn to relax. It was our own oasis.

A great bed and breakfast and I would recommend staying in the Fairmount room where there is a huge bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Kelly is a wonderful hostess and knowledgable about the restaurants in the area. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed our day relaxing in the pool.
I LOVED my stay here. A girls weekend getaway and a huge blast. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful decor. Friendly (and knowledgeable) hostess! Thank you, Kelly! You and your mom are a delight!! I'll be back to stay again!
