Charisma has poor customer service. I called as a new client, asking to setup a time to talk with an atty. I heard her say "OH MY GOD" under her breath as I was talking. Charisma clearly lacks charisma. Would NOT USE

Very professional firm
Their office processed my latest real estate purchase. Very professional, efficient, and personable. Highly recommended for real estate transactions. I have not utilized them for legal representation, so I can not rate their office on that aspect. However, after using them for my real estate transaction, I would not hesitate giving them a chance on legal matters. Highly recommended!!
