I was sitting in my car parked under a tree waiting for my friend to get out of a doctors appointment next door and the manager of Rosen Appraisals came out and told me she was calling the police on me. There was 20 empty spots and only 3 cars in the lot, so I assume this place doesn't get a lot of customers because of their negative attitude. Very rude. No customer service skills at all. If you want a positive customer service experience I would go somewhere else.
