I recently took a tour of Rosemore Gardens Apartments with my daughter (who is in search). The apartment we looked at was nice, spacious and very clean. The property as a whole seems to be very well maintained. The Maintenance Manager (Zaahir). Showed us around. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. We had a few questions for him including the average turnaround time for maintenance requests and was very pleased with his responses. There is ample parking as well in a nice neighborhood. I agree with the reviews. This place is very homey and well kept and clean. Bathrooms are outdated and the whole apartment is carpet which aren’t my preferred. There was water damage under the kitchen sink when I toured. However, there is plenty of parking, the upkeep of the place is great. Laundry is shared. Neighborhood has plenty good restaurants. My boyfriend and I are touring apartments in the area and Francesca was a wonderful help during the process! She was incredibly friendly and helpful and it is definitely one of the top places we’ve toured thanks to her help! 😊
As an resident since May of this year, I'm overly impressed with care and treatment i get from the management and the maintenance. I wanted to thank the maintenance for all the hard work they done so far, especially with clearing the sidewalks during the recent snowstorms, also i want to applaud Deshawn and Chris for their work in ensuring that my door lock got fixed as i got locked out unintentionally. Thank you!!!
