We have lived at the Rosemont Park Apartments for 20 years and we love living there. The staff is very considerate, nice and efficient, maintenance very good and fast.Great apartments in a great, safe area. Recommend renting ! This community changed name so we live in Juniper Apartments now. We had. have an issue with managers but now it looks that we finally got one. It's Candice H. She is very approachable, friendly and although new to community always have answers and keep us posted. We hope that Candice will stay with us... read more
We love our new apartment! We are still moving stuff in, but we love Jose, Andre’s, and Brie! The whole entire staff are very kind, quick, and friendly! It’s such a quiet and peaceful property. Plenty of parking. Walkable to 7/11 and Dutch bros. Located near a residential area and plenty of places to walk your dog. My dog loves all of the bushes and landscaping they do around the sidewalks and in the garden area.
My experience at Juniper Apartments has been excellent so far. From the admissions office, Brie provided me with a tour and explained all the wonderful amenities. This sparked my interest in this apartments so I submitted an application; the whole application process was easy and Brie was able to get us into an amazing apartment. Once here we noticed small things that needed attention and that is when we submitted a work order with the maintenance department; Jose and another gentlemen came the next day and solved all the sm... read more
Our A/C has been having issues since this heat wave hit. Just a few hours ago Jose the maintenance supervisor came to inspect it and assured me it would be fixed ASAP and that he would call for an HVAC tech. I was truly not expecting it to be done so quickly. I am grateful for the quick action taken and care shown for us. Thank you!
