Disgusting & dirty. Insects around property and in units. Fights at the pool leading to wigs floating over night. Parking lot floods when it rains. The dog park always is full of poop and never cleaned. I would always clean it. My dog got a wart from the water bowl and they never clean that dog park water bowl either. They owe me my deposit and never gave it back. I have to take them to small claims court.
My friend live there and her apartment need to be renew she said the manager won't do nothing

Potential renters lookout!!!!! I have lived here for under 6 months and its been a nightmare!!!! No hot water for 5 days with no notice, and no explanation. Cockroaches and lizards always in the backyard even thought I pay for pest control. Stolen mail, teenagers trespassing because management does not care to fix the gates. The teenagers come, hop the gate to the swimming pool and jacuzzi and leave trash and nastiness behind. If I look at one of the teenagers in any way I get cussed out or threatened with my life.
